Great location for exploring London’s main sights. Got a free room upgrade. Very close to Bayswater station and delicious Asian food. Less than 10 minutes to Hyde Park. Clean rooms and helpful staff.

The location of the hotel is highly convenient, as it is situated near two tube stops in a pleasant neighborhood. Being in the Bayswater area, it allows for easy access to various attractions in the city. the bathroom in the room is modern and well-maintained, providing a comfortable experience for guests.
Some aspects of the hotel, such as the reception and entrance, appear outdated and could benefit from renovation.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was superb, with two metro stations nearby, making it very convenient to explore the area. We loved being close to an amazing bakery, where we could enjoy delicious breakfast every morning. The service at this hotel was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff who made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The room amenities were great, including air conditioning, free wi-fi, and a flat-screen TV. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with a carpeted floor and a well-equipped dining area. we were very impressed with the quality of service and the level of comfort provided at this hotel.
I would highly recommend this place to friends and family.

The room was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, right next to Hyde Park and very close to two metro stations. We had easy access to transportation and the hotel facilities were great. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.
